Where are the interviews with Mallory? texts?

I'd love to see it. Wasn't it convenient that MP's depo was taken by the defense way back on 11/12/09, prior to ICA being declared innocent? Now the state has to pay for the transcription. Burns me up.

Why is the Defense, with jury selection set to start in 2 weeks, STILL asking for transcripts?

To me, where Casey may have gotten the chloroform has always been the "missing link", or "smoking gun". Really hoping that the SA has this info and that maybe it is contained in these last transcripts. Is this possible?

Or, Mallory is the trump card and has vital info that the SA has a very good reason for holding back.

I personally don't think ICA "got" it from anybody...If anything I think she concocted a potion using household chemicals. Chloroform is an illegal substance and not readily available.

If defense was in attendance of her deposition they already have a copy and there is no reason to release it to the public. If the public wants a copy they can go to the clerk and get one. That was my understanding why we did not get copies of all the depos. jmo

I thought I saw yesterday a request for transcription of her deposition. Who took the deposition...the State or the defense? TIA
