Oh for the love of GAWD.....

E-Poll Market Research is a polling firm FOR HIRE.
http://www.epollresearch.com/corp/home.view;jsessionid=7FE5DCE857D27B85A7D91F90FED9117A.tomcat2

Does anyone else see the correlation between the online "Where is KC?" game and the recent attempts to break the first photos of her? Additionally, doesn't the "E" comment made by JB make more sense?

By releasing a poll result that labels her as the most hated person in America, the media and other ....ahem.....interested parties are attempting to drive up her photo value.

Transparent as the "hot air" by the DT!!

Seriously...wonder who hired the polling firm?? They do specialize in media and agency clients.

What was that word he used? Dignity....or something like that?? Yeah, right! Wonder if the TH's are wondering the same thing?

Was it E-Lynching?

I'm sorry but that still cracks me up. E-lynching, yep, burned at the stake in effigy on the internet really hurt KC. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

(Not saying that is even on the internet, just making fun of the stretching JB does with the truth.)

Ah...thank you so much.

Well, I don't know, but I suppose it could be that much. I remember the article, but not that part. I did not find the article very credible. As far as I remember, many posters here on WS' TMZ thread brought up some of the same things this writer does before this article was published. Who is this "someone familiar with the workings of celebrity photo agencies" ? That is fairly vague. IDK it just sounds hokey.

I would like to point out this quote from Gates...as Splash News is owned by Corbis and Bill Gates.

Funny, in the Forbes article

So what's the difference between fake or staged? Not much IMO. Well....if it got around that Splash staged a photoshoot and then sold it to big media companies for big money, would that not hurt their credibilty too?

IMO if this was a lookalike and that was leaked, Splash would lose all cred, as this "insider" states.
IMO if this was FCA but staged, Splash would lose all cred too.

Why would Splash risk its credibility by staging this shoot or paying FCA or JB?

Staging photos is common and was remarked upon by a foxnews article you can find here:

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...posed-inside-world-megabuck-celebrity-photos/

Quote from it:

As for the photos, Lavalette says a lot of the celebrity pics are actually staged by the stars themselves. "When someone has a movie coming out, all the sudden you see them a lot at the photo agencies, but then for months afterwards, you won't catch a glimpse."

The truth of the matter is that these photos would have been worth much less had they been anything other than having the appearance of being candid and secretly taken. The backlash for giving blood money to Casey would have scared away potential bidders. This way, it gave the appearance that Casey was not in on it. TMZ and NY Post, etc. can claim innocence if it ever gets fully revealed that these were staged.

Splashnews did their best to make it look like these were not staged. But their best wasn't good enough. I hope they pay the price they should and think they should be heavily shunned for taking blood money and giving it to Casey. MOO.

To explain it all, I just remind myself that Baez met with Mark Geragos and you can be sure that he walked away with some very valuable information about arranging this very thing "the credible way."

I remember a few years ago when Britney Spears was pre-meltdown, she was "known" to be one of the celebs who would call the paparazzi to inform them of her whereabouts and then take a cut of the sale. But since multiple pictures of her wearing the same outfit didn't earn as much, she would carry around a change of clothes, and more of the pics would sell from *each wardrobe change.*

IMO This whole Columbus shoot just reeks of celeb/photog tricks of the trade.

The temperatures were in the 90's during this timeframe. If those pictures were taken over a three day period wouldn't this "person" have changed into something a little cooler, like shorts....or was that not possible because those were the only clothes she brought with her. Not even a tank top???? 90 to 100 degrees and you aren't even wearing a tank top, nor do the clothes you have on show any signs of sweat...

Since we can see the location of the mall alongside a busy highway and the distance from where we know the other pictures were taken she did not walk to the mall because they would never have been able to follow her if she were walking. So, a picture of the car would have been nice...with say, California plates????? Only way you would wear jeans in 90 to 100 degree weather is to and from the car not out walking around on a hike. jmo

I often wondered what is the purpose of those little pop-ups that sometimes come up on my computer asking if I want to do a survey???

There's a neat little free program called Ghostery that tells you which data collection companies are monitoring the page you are viewing. I read about it in Newsweek.

I don't stress about the Google ads and analytics, but the many many many other ones...some with suspect security certificates......I block.

I'd be REALLY interested to see the actual poll questions. I have to wonder if many of them focused on the "approval rating" of one "wanna be" legal analyst.

If anyone can find the actual poll I'd like to see it. Until I see what was asked.....the "results" flooding the airwaves are nothing but more carp and spin.

I'd also like to see more about the demographic that was polled. Polls are easily manipulated without enough duplicate and re-worded questions.

... and no one noticed her? Please.

if i noticed her i certainly wouldn't run to the media. i wouldn't even get "excited" about it. i wouldn't pull out my camera either. she just isn't that important to me. i have better things to do. 15 minutes of fame? for spotting kc? not really something on my bucket list lol. i'm sure it isn't on others' either. and since i follow this case, i'm certain i would be more likely to do these things than the average citizen (like those in OH), so the fact i wouldn't do this, should indicate the unlikeliness of others' doing so if they did notice her...

now if brad pitt or ryan gosling walked by me, different story!! LOL :woohoo:

i used to work at the casino here and many A list celebs came in to play some even during times of scandal/media focus... i don't recall any stories about them playing craps or roulette or black jack in the media those times. and they were definitely noticed.

oh-- for the record, i too believe elvis is dead :)

Yes, and I made my claims about the difference between celebrity pap stages and this case case back in the TMZ thread last week. IMO bbm we don't know what the photos are worth. The article you provided states that even an amazing shoot is not as lucrative as some may thing, and quoted a 50K range for amazing captures.

Oh and most of the world believes these are staged and the FCA got paid somehow, so it does not matter. IMO to make something look not staged? Use someone's cell phone camera in a store or a bar.

IMO TMZ did see some backlash regardless. I expect soon we will get some sort of statement, either that or Mr. HL of TMZ will need to backtrack on some of his public statements about FCA and blood money.

I would think BG of Corbis would have something to say about this, too.

Of course, this may take a squeaky wheel to happen. That's my job lol

I have seen zero evidence that these were staged.

I have to agree with you. If I were to walk by her tomorrow I'd probably wonder if it was actually her but would not approach her....nor would I duck for cover. I would also not lower myself to call her any names, afterall, I could be wrong. lol

Considering Casey is essentially now on his payroll, I definitely think Bill Gates should be asked some questions.

MOO.

I guess that photographer had the "luck of the Irish". And I think we all pretty much agree now that thes e photographs were staged. CA and GA think the pictures are of KC so I'm voting on their side this time. lol jmo

BBM...haha, sorry OT, thought it said he had the " LURK of the Irish"

I live in Columbus and I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt right now. That is very common here. The mall is actually located on Olentangy River Road. On a Sunday, there is not that much traffic. You could easily follow someone. The speed limit is 45. There are sidewalks and you could walk there from the surrounding neighborhoods.

I am confused by MG. I thought MG stated that pics were not FCA.

Yes, I agree celebrities who have some possibility to make a living by their public persona would stage such and possibly get a cut from the pap.

I really have a hard time following any comparison between the celebrity and the notorious.

Perhaps because the gall of it all in this case simply does not compute, but I believe there is some logic to my madness:

An increase in exposure for a celebrity amounts to an increase in jobs/money. An increase in exposure for the notorious has the opposite effect. The exposure makes the oddity less rare and less valuable.

Most who know of the notorious, wish they did not, and wish they would go away.

IMO.

Thanks, Montana.
Allegedly, it was Sunday at least for some of the video. Her watch says 11 am.

NG has used an article in Forbes as a source for how the whole photo licensing works. The $500k is speculation by a photo agency "insider."

So how much could Anthony and her team have made if they had anything to do with this? The insider thinks up to half a million, especially since these were the first photos of her. “She has to capitalize now. In a couple of months, people won’t give a *****.”

I finally went ahead and logged in...been enjoying lurking this thread for a few days now ;)

Next yr, she will be old news. Remember when Monica Lewinsky came forward and did her interview with B Walters? But that was kind of different, she had affair with the Prez and sure caused a stir. Remember after interview, so many wanted to know the name of her lipstick? Monaco something....sheesh!
But whoever thinks of her now or where shes at? I know I dont.

Maybe they can dress casey up and put her in front of a cam but I just dont see an interesting interview with her.
Not to mention people throwing things at their TV at each "fabrication" as she goes on and on:floorlaugh:
I could kind of see her on Jerry Springer but thats about it and even he doesnt want her.

But I'd bet the farm you would post about it on here. And some one would read it here, and post about it elsewhere. There would be a trail.

Since the "trial" I have lost interest in the Felon. Caylee on the other hand is in my mind daily. Poor child. ((hugs to Caylee))
