Sorry, my daughter took over the computer to play SIMS.

She called Annie on 7-16, that date Caylee was last seen.

Caylee was last seen on june 16th not July 16 and keep in mind that Casey sent a mass text message out on July 16th to every one in her phone book to "announce" that Caylee had been missing for a month.

I also feel that the hat had not been "ripped up or torn apart".....Casey had been wearing it day in and day out back and forth to Baez's office. She always had a pony tail sticking through the baseball hat (her "look" du jour).

I think that she cut the whole in the back of the hat to stick her ponytail through.

I don't know why she threw it out though.

IIRC, Ricardo did something like internet sales @ Don Reid Ford too, and may have had similar access/paperwork available. Per Dante's posts Casey would bring Caylee to DRF and Caylee would sit on their desks, play on their computers, etc.

I still haven't figured out how Annie knew Casey/Caylee's last night @ Ricardo's was 6/9. I may go take a gander @ the cell pings to see if we can pinpoint visits to DRF. IIRC, the computer forensics indicated Casey researched ZFG on her laptop on 6/12 (subject to my misunderstanding the forensics info). Casey went for a stroll w/ Kristina C. 6/12PM. I wonder if she paid DRF a visit 6/12....:waitasec:

I think Annie figured out that Caylee stayed at Ricardo's on 6/9 once all the friend's got together to compare notes and do their own timelines.
we sure haven't heard much from Kristina either and she was with casey on 6/12 hmmmmm. Which group did Kristina fit into or is she with yet another group who was tossed by Casey? Are Kristina and Annie friends?

Okay I know I'm going a little O/T talikin about Zanny here for a minute but the thing that is bothering me is, how did KC know that Zanny was actually at Sawgrass? My thought is maybe after researching on internet and finding a Zanny in Orlando she followed her on the day she went to Sawgrass (I think 6/17 the day after Caylee is last seen by GA) . But where did she follow her from? maybe she found out where she worked or something through her myspace page and followed her from there and just assumed that Zanny lived at Sawgrass. And then is it just coicidence that she "KC" knows people that live at Sawgrass? Is Orlando that small? I've never been there but I assumed it was a big city. I don't know it's all so confusing, even as I'm typing it I'm thinking "no that doesn't make sense." I just can't wrap my head around this one. Okay sorry guys maybe I should just take my a** to the "Zanny" thread. :bang:

But the hat is cut/ripped on the side too. Just to the right of the bill the hat is torn and there seems to be a tear dead center in back possible for pony tail. Although most hats have a hole in the back to stick a pony through, like by the adjuster. I know some hats don't have adjusters maybe this is one of them, but it doesn't explain the rip on the side of the hat.

I am starting to think the same thing. lol. Especially if she's friends with Annie and both their statements/interviews haven't been released. That's kind of telling don'tcha think. And not in a way that I think they are involved, just in a way that I think they know a lot about Casey and that info if it is genuine info about Casey IS very important. If they have been friends of hers for a long time, Casey may have confided in them in a time of desperation. That's assuming Casey has ever experienced such a time. I know if I ever did something very wrong my closest friends unknowingly would probably have more info than even my husband. Just some thoughts.

I thought the same thing because of the timing of it. But one friend said when they got the text they immediately called Casey and she answered the phone. I am wondering if they have the timing wrong on this. Maybe it was when they actually received the text as opposed to when it was sent because the timing of the sent text is off with Casey being available to send that text.

Hmmm...per Sean D's statement to LE, Annie called him and told him Caylee was last seen @ Ricardo's when she stayed the night there. I think I understand what you're sayin' SharetheLight. Yes - Annie could've learned about this after 7/16 somehow, and called Sean D. before he made his statement, but, there's something about it that makes me think otherwise...maybe nothing more than intuition. Still, IMHO, it appears to me Annie had knowledge of (a) Caylee staying night @ Ricardo's, and (b) that something had transpired to make it the last time she was there. Annie & Ricardo both worked @ DRF and Ricardo could've mentioned it in casual conversation, still, Dante has said he thought Ricardo was mute, since he rarely spoke. I need to do some more homework I guess - its just gnawing at me that perhaps Casey & Annie had a one-on-one conversation after 6/10.

Kristina doesn't appear to me to be all that connected with any of the circle of friends. She has kids and I believe attended school w/ Casey. Dunno if there's a Kristina & Annie connection. Maybe NitrousPowrdSS or Exit13 could clear that up...:waitasec:

IIRC casey was out with the police the night of the 15th, George said she came back in the wee hours 5:30? IIRC Casey and Cindy set up/or changed her myspace page to Caylee is missing. On the 911 call with Kristina Casey said that she had set that up.Kristina wanted the pass word to see if anyone had responded, and Casey seemed to know that there would not be any responses.

...per Lee's statement, LE went to Tony's apartment 7/15PM, retrieved Casey's cell phone, and returned to the Anthony home. More in-depth info on this in the "elusive other cell phone thread" if interested. Not clear if LE stood there w/ Casey while they attempted to call/text all her contacts or exactly how that went down. IIRC, in Jesse's first released statement to LE he returned a text/call from Casey 7/15 or 7/16 only to have LE answer the phone...IIRC.

ricardo proabably did tell Annie that Casey stayed over because he said he went to work the next morning (where he proabably saw annie) and they were sitting on his couch when he left. When the initial missing date came out, annie probably went back to ricardo and said hey didn't you see her that day, or maybe ricardo freaked and said holy cow I saw her that day and went to annie reminding her of that info and then they both would assume he was one of the last people if not the last person to see Caylee before she went missing.

Prolly just a character witness. And her accounts in the press favor the prosecution. Suggests to me they didn't gain much specific info from Kristina that they felt was relevant.

Me? I wanna know what they talked about for their 2.5hr stroll that night....like, "Hey, Kristina, can you watch Caylee for me? I'm in a bind." [pure, unadulterated speculation on my part ].
