Who Thinks T.E.S. Found Caylee?

Something that i have been thinking since they said recently Caylee might never be found. I know that is a big possibility but still this is early stages of the investigation it is not like the child has been missing for 2 years. Plus all the information they have from Casey's cell logs and her visits to strange areas. Also the way Tim's team left only a couple of days of making a deal of not being bullied by Cindy or anyone to stop searching. If the left to go to Texas to help with the bad weather why did they even call all those volunteers that day only to send them away?

Anyway...all these have been discussed and debated thoroughly here.

This is what I am thinking. Why bring so early the hypothesis that the child might not be found and the alligators, when there are so many possibilities of how and where Casey might have disposed a body. The landfield, a wooded area, etc. And they have all her cell phone logs to look to those places.

So i am wondering....perhaps they found some additional evidence that show them where Caylee's body was disposed but can't find the body? And this is why they say she might never be found? E.g. in the area Tim was searching they might have found some bone fractures, or a small body part, or even a bag or a sheet?

Yes I do believe TES found baby Caylee. And I believe Tim is coming back to Flordia to see KC arrested.

I no longer think they found HER, but I think they may have found something, an article of clothing, a pair of sunglasses, a shoe or a sock...something. OR maybe they did not, but they will...I am certain they are going to find her...

I don't think Tim would be coming back just to see Casey arrested... they don't really get into that kind of thing, their interests are finding missing people, not prosecuting them, IMO.
If Caylee had been found at the time Tim and his crew were there, she would have been ID'd by now... it's been several weeks. It's possible that they found something suspicious and turned it in to be tested, though.

The gas cans have always made me wonder if she may have burned the body, therefore it would make it harder and take longer to get a positive id on any remains found.

Searchers today apparently found a 25 foot rope in Jay Blanchard park per discussion at SM(around pages 24 or 25)

TES in Orlando searching where a 25 ft rope found tied to shoreline found today at J Blanchard Park
2 teamleaders for TES searchers for Caylee found the rope today but because of safety concerns, have to wait for TES to bring boat and underwater camera to find what was tied to end of rope. The rope when pulled came completely out of the water and released whatever was attached. They are hoping TES will be there with equipment in next day or 2

I listened to a radio interview of the leader in this search and he said it was in Econ soccer complex, not Jay Blanchard. Also that when the guy from TES pulled on the rope it broke, not that it released what it was attached to. All of the info has been submitted to LE and the TES team to come back and hopefully check that part of the water with boats & underwater cameras.

here is a question...forgive me if it already was put forth, but...how would one use a rope to put something out into the lake and what would the point be of leaving it attached at the shore. I am trying to understand the scenario in which this would be Caylee's body and the way that Casey would have gotten her into the lake?

one thought,

maybe in the darkness of night , so she could use the rope to get back to the shore or up on to the ground. If there is concrete around the lake or rocks , not just a beach or grass, you might need help getting up? How big is this lake?

I dont know, Ive seen a pic of it and it seems to be a river with sort of a high bank, not a lake or pond. They said it has alligators in it and is kind of murky/scummy. There were other items of interest found in the area but they havent said what they were.

I always thought they found something, maybe not the whole body, either body part or parts or something very obvious that they knew it belonged to Caylee and have been waiting for DNA or some other forensic testing results.

Agree! It looks more and more possible that they have 'body' evidence (full or partial) therefore such a rush for GJ. Couple days ago, LE reported that they have an addition evidence (mean, they got DNA result back). And I think JB knows about as well. TES is coming to Orlando next week not for Caylee's search. IMO, he'll testify for GJ on the items found during his last search. And I think we'll hear GJ's result very shortly and it'll be: 'murder'!

I think they found her too. That search ended too abruptly imo, even though TM gave a good reason to end it. With TM coming back in a few days, I don't think they would sit a GJ before giving him the opportunity to continue the search unless they have what they need. He is probably coming back to testify before the GJ. I hope so. This all needs to end and Caylee needs a beautiful final resting place which she so richly deserves.

I do not think TES found her.
I watched Tim Miller closely everytime he searcheed for Natalee H.

He knows what it feels like to lose a child.
IMO he is too honest, and too creditable to lie, even if they
asked him to.He mentioned over the years of searching in Aruba,
that he does NOT lie for anyone, because he wants one day to see,
and be with his Laura again. He is a gem for sure !

Seeing the wonderful :innocent::innocenterson Tim Miller is,and he is genuine I feel,
saddeens me a great deal when Cindy degrades himm aandd talks negative reegarding Tim. IF she were 1/2 the person he is, perhaps they would not be going through this mess with their daughter !:doh:

I think that the plotted pings are accurately defined now, and he KNOWS WHERE to find the baby's body.I feel that is why they r having GJ now.
They have evidence, but r givving Casey 1 last chance to tell where the baby is, or after the GJ it is "curtaains" for her, no turning back.

I agree that he would never lie and claim that he has not found Caylee if in fact he did. I know that wishful thinking may be getting the better of me but I think that they may have found remains of an unknown origin during the search and Tim and TES would have no way of knowing who they belonged to until DNA testing was done and the results came back. I think that LE has not shared the results with anyone. It is possible that now that LE has the results they are ready go to GJ and Tim might be back as a witness. i think if it meant justice for caylee he would .. mabey he was told how it has to be absolute proof to put her away .. that they dont want to mess this case up in anyway as far as undeniable proof . i think tim would do that for caylee

I was just wondering, because I havent actually seen or heard it, but has Tim actually ever said since the last search that she has not been found? That they did not find Caylee? I know hes said shes out there and that she can be found, etc but I have never heard him actually deny that she has been or say in those words they did not locate her.

Its true there is some vagueness in whats going on. I didnt hear a recall of all those people to come search for her, yet.
I know it sounds like it is uncertain at this point. I have those moments, and itty bits of wonder about that Sunday that he pulled out. Theres a chance it was, theres achance that resluts finally came in. Theres a chance that LE did what they did because of the public outcrys and the protesting mofia. It was just unreal. Lets see what the next few days lead up to. See if the media shines a light or not on the TES doing. I know Tim is going to be there today possibly- Lets see what he does and have some faith. Perhaps it is all unfolding as is should.

I have the utmost respect for Tim Miller and TES, I live in just north of Orlando I have not heard one word about needing search volunteers, I know people wanting to search and have been planning to do so this weekend. What I have read or seen is that only Tim is coming to access the Caylee and to talk with Jennifer Kasse family about searching for her and I hope they do her family needs and so desperately wants closure, they are nothing like the Anthony's. First it was said they would be here Saturday and now he will be here today to meet with LE.

Just makes me think they have found either Caylee or something with DNA the results are back. Out of respect for Caylee I think anyone that knows exactly what happened that Sunday would stay quiet. This whole situation has taken on its life form in many ways, liar and a theft mother, GP covering for the liar, protesters, local/national media, public out cry the likes I personally have never seen. This is all JMO.

No matter what Caylee deserves respect and to be laid to rest in a peaceful matter.
