Who cares what Krause says? If Tim said there is no announcement then Krause is wrong. Listen to the horse's mouth so to speak. Believe me, if they had found caylee 2+ weeks ago you would have known about it long before now and I think KC would be in jail too. Nothing was found and Tim would never lie about why they left. Don't look for any blockbusters from TES any time soon. I don't know why that one woman was posting something about big surprises coming in the case. what malarky.
Apparently, at the end of a local fox news report, posted somewhere on here, a "spokesperson" from TES told the reporter, so the reporter says, that there would be big/shocking news, so to speak. That seemed to lend credence to Krauses report. Maybe someone should ask the reporter who she spoke to and, if Tim denies such developments, does she still stand behind her reporting? I know someone emailed Krause, earlier in this thread. It's just nice to have reliable reporting, is all.
If Casey is eliminated as next of kin, the remains would go to Cindy and George who would probably deny it was Caylee. and refuse them.I googled next of kin notification, each medical examiners office has its own formal protocol, but they all seem pretty similar. They ALL state that LE has the ability to have the notification of next of kin delayed if it is relevant to an ongoing investigation.
If they found anything it would not be identifable at this point without DNA testing which can take awhile to come back, but they could withhold that information if they chose to. Not saying they would, but they can.
Custody of the remains falls under the same kind of protocol, they are usually released to the family for burial as soon as LE says they are done, but they can be withheld until a conviction is secured.

That Fox reporter claimed 3 weeks ago that 'lots of big news was going to come fast and furious soon'. I heard her with my own ears and even started a thread about it. It never happened. IN fact there barely is any news and I am afraid this case is going to fade into the distance if something doesn't pop soon. I don't know where she gets her scoops but she is always wrong. She shouldn't even be a reporter with the rumors she starts!
I miss Walter Cronkite...![]()
I think they found her and are building a DP case against her.
What is a DP case ? I feel dumb inquiring, but I am curious ?
