I agree. Sure, this case is different because of the intense media exposure, but they could've worked somewhere. I don't think they are working now, still. If my loved one was "missing," I wouldn't have taken a dime for pictures or videos. I think it's completely disrespectful and sickening.

Judging from the most recent videos of Cindy, she's a long way from being capable of working right now. She seems to be barely functioning. IF the A's sold pics of Caylee, I'm sure a lot of soul searching went into the decision. I don't have a problem with it at all, I think under the circumstances it was a wise thing to do.

IMO the A's created the media circus by their own actions... a self-fulfilling prophesy. This would just be another horrible case of a child presumed killed by her mother, gotten a day or two of coverage until trial and nothing more... until the antics of the family grabbed the media and the public. So to say they couldn't work because of the media is true -- but they caused it themselves. Crazy like foxes, eh?

Hey Chilly Willy-Hi! Love (most) of your posts/thoughts....Assuming this video was released by LE. Isn't that why there is no link to the video in it's entirety. And if there is a link to the whole start to finish thing, can you provide it? I've always speculated that after Caylee asks Poppa about being tired, she made have said something "alarming" about "going to sleep".

I have wondered the same thing...it's always turned off at that point...

Chilly selling pictures of your grandaughter isn't blood money? I just don't understand how you don't have a problem with people not working for 5 months an living off there grandaughter,

Caylee wasn't born and then died to make their life more comfortable.I am talking about their life style now. I don't see them suffering they still have their house 2 cars etc. They should of gone back to work months ago, since they haven't done a thing to help.

Yes emotionally they are suffering, but Caylee didn't cause this either..They just have to look at Casey for that answer.
I am sorry if I sound mad, because I am angry that any grandparents would take one cent off their dead granbaby..:furious: an when this is over I hope someone does have a tally of where all this money has gone.

I'm sorry, I just really don't have a problem with it. It's not as if they killed Caylee in some twisted plot to get media money. They were desperate for cash before this happened. They were unable to work and in fear of losing their home. They needed to get Caylee's pics out and keep her image in the media. IF they accepted some media money for that, more power to them. it's not like they stole the money from Caylee.

Chilly- would you have that same opinion if it were proven by their own admission that they KNEW Caylee was deceased by the time they made the alleged cash?

Dignity perhaps, but agree, not money.

No, I probably wouldn't, but I don't believe they KNEW Caylee was deceased until the remains were found.

I am mad too! :furious: Don't aplogize. Most of us can't comprehend doing something like this. I would give up every material possesion I own to find my daughter if she was "missing." I wouldn't make money off of her. I hope the money will be accounted for also, and I have a feeling it will be. Follow the money, as many posters have said. They did love Caylee, but they sure as he!! haven't been acting like it.

I don't see it as bloody money. They are not going to forgive her murder simply because they got paid (which is the true definition of "blood money").

Look, if they don't get the money, someone else will (look at their dubious choice in spokesperson #1). Let whatever coins may fall land in the lap of the people who once held a granddaughter there. I am sure that, given the choice, they would rather have Caylee back than have money.

It was released by the A fam. Yuri M. confronted Cindy about the video the night before the first bond hearing about the date discrepancy after seeing the video on the media and testified about it at the hearing.

The most recent video I have seen was Cindy on LKL and she looked capable of working to me. She appeared to be able to fly clear across the county, ride in a limo, prepare for the show by doing her make-up, hair, and nails, dress herself, check out another Caylee sighting, talk on the phone, make arrangements for someone to watch their house and dogs, and do other things. If I am not mistaken, since Day 31...she has been able to do all of the above plus be able to chastize everyone, argue with protesters, hammer in signs, and so many other skillful things which could very well be applied to working in many fields.

If a lot of "soul searching" went into selling photos of her grandchild while she was missing...it is too bad she didn't carry that "soul searching" over into other areas such as getting off her @ss to look for her and berating the people who were actually searching! I can think of a lot of instances where "soul searching" from Cindy would have been preferable to her actions and words.

Shopping her granddaughter's photos and taking outrageous sums of money for them is disgusting to me. Shopping interviews is equally as disgusting to me. I akin those people to tabloidites. IMO, it was neither a wise or a credible thing to do under the circumstances.

I know I said I wasn't going to say anything else, but I am reneging on that to say, "TY. Well written - and you forgot the LE bashing. Depth and breadth of the soul search must be directly related to the depth of the soul?"

Thanks! And yes...I did forget LE bashing.

:clap::clap::clap: Yes. It would be directly related.

OT: Did anyone see any field mice when they were searching? Is it something they have in Fla? Or do the snakes just keep them at bay?

Well, I sure would NOT bet the farm on that one !!!

We saw a big rat. I don't remember any mice at all.
