Who was paid for videos and photos

I'm sorry, I just really don't have a problem with it. It's not as if they killed Caylee in some twisted plot to get media money. They were desperate for cash before this happened. They were unable to work and in fear of losing their home. They needed to get Caylee's pics out and keep her image in the media. IF they accepted some media money for that, more power to them. it's not like they stole the money from Caylee.

If it turns out they KNEW she was dead, like PI Casey said, then yes they DID steal the money from Caylee and it is BLOOD MONEY. If that is true they LET HER ROT in the woods, to COLLECT MONEY.

PI Casey said they knew she was dead? That's news to me. I've seen him quoted as saying he didn't even tell them about his search until after Caylee's body was found by the meter reader. Regardless, as I have already stated IF they knew she was dead and IF they left her to rot in the woods I would definitely rethink my position. However, at this time there is no legitimate reason to believe that either of those things is true, so I see no point in attacking them for 'what ifs'.

I hope this thread doesn't get shut down before my question is answered but I have been wondering WHO in the A family got the $200,000 "licensing fee". Cindy physically took the video of Caylee on Father's day. Did Cindy record all of the videos in this "deal"? If so, does that make her the owner/author/proprioter/ RECEIPIENT of monies? If some of the videos in this licensing deal where recorded by someone else, say KC, does she have a share of the fee?

Ripley, It was reported on Nancy Grace that ABC had paid the $200,000 for licensing fees for pictures of Calyee and she also stated that none of the Anthonys had been there for the interview but that Baez was, so it sort of makes it look like he might have been the one paid. I'm sure more monies have been paid we just haven't heard yet. I started the thread, but just wanted to know others opinions on who they thought received the money from the pictures or interviews. I would add the videos from NG but I am a computer dummy and don't know how the heck to do it. I just want to know if the Anthonys are benefiting from their grand daughters death. Also today during the motion hearing even Judge Strickland mentioned the $200,000 having been paid out to someone but he didn't mention who.:waitasec:

The most recent video I have seen was Cindy on LKL and she looked capable of working to me. She appeared to be able to fly clear across the county, ride in a limo, prepare for the show by doing her make-up, hair, and nails, dress herself, check out another Caylee sighting, talk on the phone, make arrangements for someone to watch their house and dogs, and do other things. If I am not mistaken, since Day 31...she has been able to do all of the above plus be able to chastize everyone, argue with protesters, hammer in signs, and so many other skillful things which could very well be applied to working in many fields.

If a lot of "soul searching" went into selling photos of her grandchild while she was missing...it is too bad she didn't carry that "soul searching" over into other areas such as getting off her @ss to look for her and berating the people who were actually searching! I can think of a lot of instances where "soul searching" from Cindy would have been preferable to her actions and words.

Shopping her granddaughter's photos and taking outrageous sums of money for them is disgusting to me. Shopping interviews is equally as disgusting to me. I akin those people to tabloidites. IMO, it was neither a wise or a credible thing to do under the circumstances.

Angelfire-I'm a computer dummy too. Still unsure as to WHO was paid for the Caylee videos. If KC-then surely the monies went straight to JB to cover her defense expenses. If paid to GA & CA, maybe AFTER the past-due mortgage payments were made, the remainder went to JB. Who knows. I trust none of them!

I'm neither afraid of mice or snakes. I own 3 cats who are certified mouse hunters. I'm actually happy for them if mouse enters my (country) home, cause the kill causes them so much pleasure. They've never encountered a snake. I love snakes. If one snuck into my home, I'd pick it up and protect it from my kitties! Now, BUGS...they need to DIE! My kitties kill many a moth and June Bug in the summer months. They are highly praised and rewarded for this heroism! They are also great spider hunters. Can't even begin to credit them with all the times they have alerted me to spiders. Catch your kitty staring up a wall corner, you better bet there's a spider building a web there...Hello Kitty.
