Why can't I post attachments?

I went into the User CP and read FAQs and I can't seem to find out where I need to go or what I need to do to be allowed to post attachments. Help!

Hi Lisad71, are you talking about adding a siggy photo or something like that? You can do it so long as what you want to post is web-hosted elsewhere, then you post the url as your tag or put it on a thread. If you need a webhost, photobucket.com is what I use, free, easy.
