WHY? No grand jury for Haleigh's case????

On JVM ISSUES.......a caller asked the panel
"Why hasn't a grand jury been meeting with all this for Haleigh's case?'
KC was arrested with no body.
and IIRC DP and Ramsey's also had grand jury's..........
with all this circumstantial evidence and lies,
WHY no grand jury???

Actually it was a caller who asked why and the lawyers all stated there was nothing to take before the Grand Jury. With Casey they had evidence like her car and not telling anyone she was missing and so on.
