WI - 7 children lived in filth despite child welfare visits

I have been told that if children aren't in danger and can reach food then child services won't take them. Although, that tub of filth is dangerous. My grandson's mother's family are filthy but there is not one damn thing we can do about it. He and his mother live with that family.

James was arrested for being a felon in possession of a short-barreled shotgun. Police claimed James fired the weapon at two officers. James claimed the gun accidentally discharged as he was pulling it from his pants.
