GUILTY WI - Alexander Woodworth, 24, stabbed 16 times by Ezra McCandless, Eau Claire, Mar 2018

Nelson just had a MAJOR mess up!

He makes this big point about how can the prosecution’s theory about how she stabbed AW first and then cut her arm be true since her blood wasn’t found on the knife?

BUT SHE SAID THAT IS THE ORDER IN WHICH IT HAPPENED!!!!???

WOW!!!
He must not believe her either. :p

I sure hope it's not a juror. I did scroll back on the video and there are some graphic images for those who are interested
I hope not. As far as I know it is verboten to ever have the camera on the jury box. imo

All this talk about his blood everywhere, and that he tried to honk the horn, sets a horrible scene that AW was trying to survive an attack from a crazy person.

Terrible idea.

Looks like it to me. That’s where the jury sits. A court reporter would not be in or near the jury box.

I certainly hope that would not cause a mistrial.

One commentator on Court TV said Aaron Nelson described EM's PTSD as "Pretty Terribly Sad Deception". That's the same type of PTSD that Arias had.

How huge is this break!

Nelson has a chance to gather himself, Vishny can give input. Had it not been for this break the defense could have ended on a VERY weak note.

I looked at it twice, and all I see beyond the prosecution table is the top of someones head, and an arm. No face so I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.

"I know this is long but I don't want to sit down." Was that supposed to be an impact statement of some sort? It flopped.

I've seen her face very clearly. Zoomed in. Screenshotted.

Once the prosecution attorney sat back you could see the woman’s face.

It's definitely a juror. I scrolled and found a wider shot that shows the court reporter on the right. Ugh.

Anybody else cringing? It's like he's lost his way and is losing it.

I’m not sure accidentally showing one juror would cause a mistrial at the end of closing arguments.

It would be helpful if they are sequestered to deliberate, just so there is no chance of the juror being identified and contacted in any way.

I'd like to enter into evidence that this cameraman is an idiot.
