I pray that the loved ones will gain peace in their hearts one day. I feel so broken for the family and I'm just watching from afar. I cannot even begin to imagine.

Arzel Ivery asked the judge if Tennessee could handle his case. The judge told him Tennessee had no authority in the matter. After a long explanation from the judge, Ivery decided to waive extradition and go back to Wisconsin. @WMCActionNews5

I think he’s under the impression he won’t get a fair trial in Milwaukee County.

"The Milwaukee Police Department is aware of a call for police that was reported on Saturday, February 8, 2020, which may be related to this incident. It is being reviewed as a part of this investigation."

This 911 call by the neighbor describes a pretty violent scene.
Did the Milwaukee PD show up at that time?

Arzel J. Ivery, 25, is charged with battery. Homicide charges have not been filed yet. This complaint details the battery; we do not know how Banks and her girls died.
