A neighbor, who shares a wall with Banks, said in a statement that she was awoken by the sound of 3 to 4 large thumping sounds that sounded as if someone was slamming a person or head against the wall. She heard a woman scream, “Don’t kill me. Don’t kill me.” She called 911

An officer talked to Ivery on the phone. He said he and Banks got in an argument because she blamed him for the death of their son, whose funeral was Feb. 7. Ivery told the officer he didn’t know where Banks or the children were.

The complaint states Ivery’s father contacted the Memphis Police Department and said Ivery had told him he killed his child’s mother & the two children.

So... He got so angry at her blaming him for killing their son that he killed her, their daughter and her other daughter? Jesus Christ.
