WI-Amber Alert - 2007

I just heard a break in my radio station for an Amber Alert for a little 2 yr old girl. Then I "thought" I heard it cancelled right away. Does anyone have any info on this?

In the process of trying to test the Amber system today, an old Amber Alert was sent out by accident at approximately 1:48 PM on Friday 1/12/07. The supervisor at the 911 Center immediately sent out a cancellation message indicating the alert was sent in error. That went out at approximately 1:53 PM

could this be it?
