Antonio Matthews, 22, was wearing a grey and maroon sweatshirt and grey pants when he left his residence Thursday.
He is described as a black male, 5'7" tall, 150 pounds.

Milwaukee police are seeking Antonio Matthews, (second person from the right) a missing developmentally delayed man.
