Antonio Monserra Roché was reported missing by his father on Sunday. Roché was last seen in the Longs Point Lane area in Lac du Flambeau. Lac du Flambeau Police Sgt. Mark Giebudowski said drone, K-9, boat and physical searches are underway. He also said foul play isn't suspected at this time, but it's early in the investigation.
Giebudowski said Roché is not considered a danger to anyone.
According to the news release issued today from the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, K-9 dogs indicated Roché might have visited local lakes in the area, and search teams are investigating all possibilities.
"On May 5th, when Mr. Roché was last seen, there was still ice on our lakes. We want to rule out that Mr. Roché didn't fall through the ice," said Eric Chapman, emergency management coordinator.
