The family of a Milwaukee man who hasn't been seen since Christmas Eve just wants to know that he is OK.

A missing persons report filed with the Milwaukee Police Department said Antwone Berry, 33, was last seen in the morning of Dec. 24 at 14th and Chambers streets.

An unconfirmed source told Berry’s family, however, he was spotted near Martin Luther King Drive and Chambers Street later that evening.

Berry’s girlfriend, Tiffany Spencer, said she spoke with him on the phone hours before he went missing.

Spencer believes Berry’s disappearance is out of character.

"He always gets in contact with somebody or call or answer his phone. I don't think he would just leave us on the holidays with the stuff that we had going on," Spencer said.

Spencer said she hopes the father of three children will return home safely.

"His kids miss him. I miss him. His family misses him, and we just wanna hear from him to know that he's OK," Spencer said.

Milwaukee police said there are "no critical factors" in this case, and they will continue to investigate where Berry might be.

Berry had been shot multiple times. His death is now being investigated as a homicide.

‘I had to take care of him:’ Guilty plea in death of man missing since Christmas Eve 2017

A Milwaukee man who is a convicted felon has reached a plea deal in connection with the death of a man who was reported to have been last seen alive on Christmas Eve 2017.

Skylard Grant, 34, on Tuesday, March 12 pleaded guilty to one count of second degree reckless homicide, as party to a crime, and one count of possession with intent to deliver THC, less than 200 grams. Two other charges were dismissed by prosecutors as a result of the plea deal.

Grant will be sentenced on April 26.
