This is not to say or accuse anyone especially this beautiful woman of any wrong doing. It's just some information that I have that may or may not be related.

Just for the sake of clarity for anyone who might be new/not know 'Partying' is a term commonly used for a particular drugs use. It can involve anywhere from two people up without it meaning any kind of, uhm, romance. Now the drug in question isn't one that can be easily overdosed, but if mixed with something it's possible any number of things could of gone wrong.

Now someone on any form of probation/parole having that happen to someone in their hope could easily freak out, lose their freakin min, and try to destroy evidence or in this case her body. Not to mention drugs can compromise someones mind and reasoning skills.

Seeing as he took the police to the fire pit, but did not admit to murder this could be the case.

I can't read the article as I'm not a subscriber but I read the PDF.... has the fiancee been arrested? From the warrant it sure seems as if there would be reason to consider charging her.

If she wasn't involved she is more than a little naive. It sounds like they cooked and ate S'mores made over that fire. Yuck...

He later sent his fiancee into town to buy supplies for s'mores, Spoden said, using that time to move Paul's body into the fire pit, cover it with wood and kerosene and set it afire. "Middleton and his fiancee tended the fire until around 11:30 p.m.," the document states.

O-M-G! There is NO way she didn't know there was a body burning in that fire. How long could she have been gone to the store? No more than 30 mins. I don't think a body burns that fast and there is no way there wasn't a smell!

It's frightening for parents to imagine their kids falling victim to a situation like this, even more now today with the increased use of social media. "I think we're seeing a whole new world of meetups that we've never seen before” says Kristin Uttech, a social media professor at Madison College.

Assuming this is him, WHY would the prosecutor dismiss these charges? Two counts battery, intimidation of witness/Dissuade Reporting!

http://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail...fset=13&mode=details&submit=View+Case+Details

Another battery charge, dismissed!

http://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail...fset=12&mode=details&submit=View+Case+Details

2 counts of carrying a concealed weapon, dismissed!

http://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail...ffset=6&mode=details&submit=View+Case+Details

Why would they dismiss such serious charges?

This is a dangerous man who should still be in prison not out on parole!

How does it say she died? I can not read the articles posted since I don't have a subscription. Geez if someone died at your home no one would cut them up and burn them just to keep your fiancé from knowing or from getting in trouble with the law. Unless you are sick!

http://www.wkow.com/story/26851429/...prina-pauls-family-came-from-nathan-middleton

Days after Aprina Paul's mother Alice Larrue received a disturbing letter in the mail, the Department of Corrections has confirmed where it came from.

Nathan Middleton is currently incarcerated at the Columbia County Correctional Facility and officials say he wrote the four-page letter despite a court order to not make contact with the family...

The letter claims Aprina Paul was murdered by one of Middleton's friends. Rock County detectives say this individual was ruled out early on in their investigation. They are however, taking this letter seriously and are currently investigating its' claims.
