Found Deceased WI - Brenden Felton, 25, Eau Claire, 28 Oct 2017

Brenden Felton, 25, was last seen Saturday in downtown Eau Claire.

Police say they responded to a call that involved Felton. They say he was intoxicated and later arrested and brought to the Eau Claire County Jail. Police say Felton was released that same night and was last seen walking north on First Avenue from Lake Street around 10:30 p.m.

I am super concerned about Brenden. I'll update if I find anything. His family has been combing the area, so it's unlikely, but we all know that things can pop up. I wrote a note of what he was last wearing and I'll be out in Owen Park area tomorrow looking for him. We have mutual friends and I know some people who deeply care for this guy. I pray he's safe.

Bruce’s Legacy has been called to search for a missing Eau Claire man.

Eau Claire Police say the volunteer organization is actively searching the Chippewa River Thursday for Brenden Felton, 25.

A Minnesota non-profit organization that helps find people reported missing is coming to Eau Claire to assist in the search for Brenden Felton.

Members of United Legacy Search and rescue will be joining members of Felton’s family and volunteers to search Saturday.

Felton’s family says the search will begin at 8:30 a.m. Volunteers should gather at the American Legion on Water Street to sign in and receive instructions to assist in the search. Search organizers are asking volunteers to park on the street near the American Legion and wear bright colors.

I went and searched First Ave/Owen Park today for about an hour. There is a lot of brush near the river, and it was very beautiful out there today. I walked all along the river side and into some of the forested area, and scanned for any trace of what Brenden was last seen wearing, but I found nothing. Everyone in this city is very concerned about him. The river has been searched a few times to no avail.

The police have some surveillance video of him walking on First Ave. And then nothing after that.

As far as I know via friends and the Brenden's Search page, the family genuinely has no idea and are hoping and praying he isn't in the river.

It is very concerning to me that 2 Adult males went missing 1.5 miles from each other approximately 2 weeks apart.

I personally do not believe they had anything to do with eachother... But we will see. Crazy regardless, especially to live in a city relatively small and have 2 guys missing 2 weeks apart.
