Casey Purvis was last seen on 2-14-19 after walking away from a local area hospital he was going to be checked into. Family has not had contact with him since then and there are concerns for his welfare. He likes to visit Mcdonalds and gas stations in the Madison area. Please contact the Madison Police Department if you have information
on his whereabouts.
