The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office has requested help from the public to find a missing 55-year-old man, Charles Brown. His family has not heard from him since Thursday, Aug. 21.

Brown was last seen on surveillance video walking toward his boat at McKinley Marina, the sheriff's office said. That was at around 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 22. The boat, Wisconsin Registration No. WS1746GL with "Rossa" painted on it, has also been missing since Aug. 22.

The Sailing Community Board on FB for Lake Michgan have some detailed information as to the drift modeling done, an (unverified) piece of debris found and information that the missing man may have left behind. None of this formally verified so not linking but the FB comments on the sailing community board from various sources matches up so interesting, if unverified. The family is wishing the details of his disappearance to be kept private, which is understandable so I don't think we'll hear anything further in msm.
