Circumstances of Disappearance:
Theis disappeared from Phelps, Wisconsin on October 14th, 1975. He was last seen in the woods in the vicinity of Military Road, about 0.45 miles north of Kentuck Lake Road. He has never been seen or heard from again. Few details are available regarding his disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Charles Theis was last seen in the woods near the area of Military Road, about 0.45 miles north of Kentuck Lake Road, in the town of Phelps, Wisconsin on October 14th, 1975.

Charles is a male of uncertain race, 5’9”, and 150-175 pounds. He has gray or partially gray hair and his eye color is unknown. He was last seen wearing a brown checkered coat, a brown hat, a Fire Department identification bracelet, a Masonic Ring, and he regularly wore glasses.

There is very little information available in Charles’ case. He has not been seen or heard from since 1975. Charles was 76 years old when he went missing.

 
 
Having studied this map with help of my local Sconnie husband, we think based on the direction they could have been at either x on this map. Of course, that pretty much means anywhere around there. Ignore the file name, I screwed it up.
