She lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and worked as a prostitute and was a drug addict. She had been reported missing four days before her body was found. Her boyfriend is who reported her missing after she left their place about 11pm on 9/2/1997 to find a customer. Per the article, he was extensively interviewed and cleared. She was found about 30 yards off the road, in a corn field in Dodge County, WI in jeans and white sneakers with her jacket and shirt pulled up over her head. She had been stabbed in the abdomen.

The 9/16/1997 Daily Citizen newspaper (Beaver Dam, WI) says she was found on Roosevelt Rd, town of Ashippun.

The 9/16/1997 Occonomowoc Enterprise clarifies that she was found on Roosevelt Rd, near County Trunk O and the eastern county line.

Last seen at her home on 35th St. Milwaukee, Sept 2, 1997. Her actual address was never given in the newspapers.. There are four unsolved killings connected to Dodge County; 1993, Lori Bogenschneider of Mayville, 2007, Laura Babe of Horicon, 2002, Jerrold D Strege of Waupun, and 1997, Christine Stenulson of Milwaukee.
