"Climbed or fell from her second story balcony and walked away barefoot (leaving her personal possession by the train tracks)". That doesn't help to alleviate my concern that she might have continued to use drugs after her 2023 arrest.

ABC news had an article with a LOT of information. Family had asked for a wellness check earlier in the day, however but Corrine refused them entry (since she didn't appear to be in danger, legally they could not enter). Security footage captured her later jumping from the balony and running away, prescription bottles were found in the area where she had headed, as was her cell phone and debit card.
