Found Deceased WI - Dale Larson, 65, on bicycle, Rome, 28 Aug 2020 *endangered*

The Rome Police Department responded to a report of a missing person near the 1400 block of Rapids Trail at about 8:15 p.m. Friday. Family members of Dale M. Larson told police that he left his second home on Rapids Trail on his silver Trek bicycle between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. that afternoon.

Security footage shows Larson traveling north on 15th Avenue in the town of Rome at 3:17 p.m. Friday.

Larson is 5 feet and 10 inches tall. He weighs about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing black bike shorts, and Under Armour gold/yellow shirt with a florescent green jersey over the top.

Wings of Hope continued to search throughout the week, and found Larson dead in a heavily wooded area near the Wood County and Adams County line east of County Highway Z Sunday morning.
