Frederick Ellis has been missing since October of 2025. On January 10, 2026, Officers were contacted by Frederick's family as they have not heard from him since October of 2025 and they are concerned for his safety. I didn't see any court noted concerns on mental healh (often I will see a "mental health evaluation" noted in court records if one is required) in his recent court records. However, there is a history of possible alcohol abuse as he currently is required to comply with the conditions of the Alcohol 24/7 Program.
