Peters-Berger (14/now 17) arrested & charged (4/26/22) & arraigned (4/27/22 & 12/10/24) with 1st degree intentional murder & 1st degree sexual assault/great bodily harm & 1st degree sexual assault on a child under 13 resulting in great bodily harm. Plead not guilty (12/10/24). Cash bond of $1M. Chippewa County
Jury Selection set to begin on 10/21/26 & 10/22/26 @ 8am. Jurors will be sequestered. Change of venue outside of Chippewa County-to be determined which County later [as of 8/27/25].
