His file on NaMus was updated today but the only thing different on the visible portion was changed his eye color from hazel to blue.

This now aligns with the Illinois UID I submitted seven months ago.

James "may have wolf head tattoo on his chest." Does this mean he definitely had a tattoo on his chest, or that he had either a wolf head tattoo or nothing at all? I highly suspect the former but don't know. I sent a follow-up email regarding my submission yesterday, and hope to hear back.

Good luck!

One exclusion, UP14344, added today. Post mortem pic. Illinois. This was yours I think, @ProductiveOne . Glad they tried, it was a good potential match.

When he was found, was there any sign of forced entry on the car? If there isn't, could it be that he might've left the car by his own will? These are my speculations:
1. Something happened and he left the car with the key. Outside the vehicle, he got robbed/attacked. I don't have any evidence to suggest this, considering I don't know the exact location. But this might be wrong, considering he was in the army, so I doubt he was an easy target.
2. Suicide, did he have any mental health problems? It could've been an unplanned one, but no evidence backed this up.
3. Some other possible situations: Chased by another car, running away, etc.
Again, this wasn't backed up by any evidence and only my speculation on what possibly had happened. Please do inform me if some of these have been discussed before.

This is a Kenosha *pd* case, not sheriff, so you can ask open records at Kenosha pd for a copy of the file. Agency Case Number 86068589
I’m not sure any of us have any answers, but the file should.
