Websleuths isn't like the rest of the internet, which is largely a sewer. You are not allowed to implicate anyone without MSM reporting to back yourself up. Do I have this right Websleuthers?
Was trying to catch up and thinking a reminder to post links might be a good idea. TY

Wondered this also, and what they did 24/7. If no heat/no cable... he wasn’t getting her clothes or shower ...bizarre..

It’s almost like he’s mentally checked out, pulled this off and thought very little through to an end point...

I guess that fits the pattern, Elizabeth smart walking around with crazy man, Cleveland guy adding to his home of victims...
Oh man I didn't know they had no heat...why not? And no cable either?

I need to read that he had people in and out since Oct.
Anyone?
Maybe he did...but I have not seen any dates and some said no one knew he lived there, etc...
Too many versions of everything.

Maybe he was supposed to be elsewhere, as far as his family knew. Just want to know how/why he chose Jayme...for the sake of parents of girls everywhere. Somehow he zeroed in on her, from watching her (where?) or found her online (we are all out there) or knows a friend of a friend of a friend...etc.
Somehow, he narrowed down his options to Jayme. Maybe the locale of her house was a factor. Maybe being an only child. Maybe neither.

Yikes, I never watch the PC’s...I trust WS snd follow along, it has not failed me. I can’t buy into all the “body language”scrutiny, the debates about how long a pause is, etc...just want to know the words they said.
Body language is a very helpful tool if u can read it!

I have a feeling his “friends” were just there to buy and smoke some pot. I doubt they will speak out.
I may be incorrect, but I don’t think police will hold that against any witnesses who come forward, should they choose to do so. There probably won’t be many nuns or pillars of society who associated with him.

Eh...everyone interprets differently. WS will have fifteen meanings for one shrug or throat clearing, or a nose scratch.

And something made him get near the door...outside noise? At that time I think dad would be laid up in the lazy boy half asleep...am I wrong?
The only way he could have changed things is if he had grabbed a shotgun and blasted through the door not even knowing who was there. It’s not an odd choice, to not murder people on your doorstep without even looking out your window.

I would think he was awaken out of a sound sleep and wasn't sure what was going on. They lived in a safe place.
Hell, even in a dangerous area, you don’t expect someone to shoot your door in and come in guns ablazing.

This was quick.

The shotgun blast, maybe?

Drug users won’t believe that even though it’s probably true.

Especially the victim...

I always thought jayme was on the quiet side. Quiet but all knowing! Perhaps her abductor underestimated her and that's why she is free tonight!

It would be awesome if they give the $50k award to Jamie for her bravery. Put it in a savings account that she can use eventually. :)

Neighbors heard two shots and that’s all we know of that were fired. One for mom, one for dad
At the presser today, it was stated that the perp shot the door to enter the house.

I would also like to address the utilities as we live in a very rural, cabin community, small town & suffered a power outage. We have well & septic, we had no heat, unable to use water. Our home is run on oil, but everything still needs electric to run. Well pump, furnace, water tank, etc.
I grew up in the country & wanted that life for my family. My kids are more imaginative. They love being out in nature & spend very little time at all on technology. They are excellent readers, love music, art & building things, play sports, etc. They spend more time playing card & board games with us than in front of the tv or comp. We have all those things & all the video game consoles, but they only spend a couple of hours on tech 2-3 hrs tops every week. For my family, country life has brought us closer & that is invaluable to me. Country life is not for everyone, but for some, it is just right.

MOO

You said a mouthful! Who??? Would ever expect something like that?

MOO, I would say let her rest a bit. Slowly ease her back to normalcy, even though losing her parents like this won't be normal ever again, sadly.

That said, though, I would try to get her caught up for this school year, so she doesn't suffer the additional blow of being a year behind her regular classmates next fall.

Pot users will believe that. Pot's not that big of a deal. It's not Fentanyl. I actually don't know what he was dealing.
