John Hacker, 59, is vulnerable and has cognitive issues, police said in a news release.

Hacker may be on a dark blue Schwinn bicycle with a silver basket. Police said he has been known to frequent the Ken Euers Nature Area off North Military Avenue.

Authorities say Hacker has cognitive issues and may become agitated.

He is believed to have taken his bike with him.The bike is an older antique looking dark blue Schwinn with a silver basket.

Police say Hacker frequently visits Ken Euers Nature Area on North Military Ave.

Police say he is most likely wearing the same clothes shown in the picture; a green and blue striped button down shirt with a white shirt underneath.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to call 911 or the Green Bay Police Department at 920-448-3208.

[h=1]Body found in Ken Euers Park[/h]

The body was located in a marshy area at 6:16 p.m. by a search party that was looking for John Hacker, 59, who has been missing since Thursday, said Green Bay Police Lt. Thomas Buchmann.
Hacker was known to frequent the nature area at the north end of North Military Avenue.
It has not been determined if the body is Hacker's, Buchmann said.

Confirmed it's him

The Green Bay Police Department on Tuesday confirmed it had recovered the body of a man who had been missing since Thursday.
