Fire officials said cadaver dogs marked a few spots south of the Afton Road boat launch Tuesday and Wednesday morning, so they wanted to do a more thorough investigation of the area.

The high river and fast current made it difficult for investigators, and they didn't find anything in the water.

Police have searched the Rock River, and did again on Wednesday, with no luck. Wednesday's search included a boat and sonar from the state Department of Natural Resources.

The reward for information leading to Jordan's return has been increased to $15,000

A citywide search for Jordan “Deets” White is set for Saturday, starting at 6 a.m. in the community room of Basics Food Cooperative, 1711 Lodge Drive, Janesville. Someone will be there all day to assign people to search areas. Volunteers are asked to show an ID card and dress for the weather.

The family is asking Janesville residents who have security cameras to look for images of Jordan White's orange MGX mountain bike from Nov. 8-11.

Also we discussed whether he had a phone. This flyer says he left His Phone at home. So again thinking a miscommunication in whether he had his phone on it vs had a phone.

Police chief David Moore confirms to Channel 27 News that a body was pulled from the water about 4:00 p.m. today near the Afton Road Boat launch, near Afton Road and Rockport Park in Janesville.

Chief Moore wouldn't speculate as to the identify of the person found but says their investigation will be on-going until confirmation can be obtained.
