Found Safe WI - Joseph Duncan, 56, Green Bay, Brown County, 31 Dec 2018 *may have memory issues*

The Brown County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding Joseph Duncan.

The 56-year-old man may have memory issues and is missing from a community residential facility. He was last seen at about 4 p.m. heading west on Finger Road on the far east side of Green Bay.

Deputies are especially concerned for his well-being in the cold, snowy weather.

Duncan is white, 6'2" tall, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, blue jeans (with a wallet chain), and camouflage pattern winter boots.
