56-year-old Troy Brown was last seen leaving his Argonne Drive residence about 9:15 a.m. Brown was on foot and going to the garage. Brown does not drive and was last seen wearing a brown Carhartt winter coat, blue jeans and a black winter hat. Brown is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 135 pounds.
