Missing From: Milwaukee, WI Joseph Muelbl disappeared under suspicious circumstances. It was rumored that he may have a heavy drug problem in the last couple of months. Joseph had a steady job and left no explanation for his absence. He was last talked to via cell phone on October 16, 2008 by several people and he sounded confused. He was driving a borrowed vehicle which was found on October 17, 2008 abandoned in the parking lot of a Menards in Germantown. No family members have heard from Joseph. He did have contacts and friends in North Carolina in the past.

Joseph was last seen in Milwaukee, WI on October 16th, 2008. He had called several loved ones on a cell phone that day, everyone stating that he sounded disoriented and confused.

His last phone call was to his mother. Joseph told her that he loved her, and apologized if he hurt anyone. The line went dead.

He had a steady job at Kangaroo Brands Inc, he was a devoted father, and left behind a young child. He has friends in the North Carolina area. It is rumored that he had a heavy drug problem in the months leading up to his disappearance.

Joseph was driving a borrowed Ford Explorer SUV, which was found abandoned in at Menard's Store in Germantown, WI the next day.

Joseph is considered to be missing under suspicious circumstances.

It is unknown what he was last wearing but usually wears a baseball cap. He has blonde hair, blue eyes, 5'10-5'11 and 180 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left arm of a bulldog (pictured below). Joseph was 31 years old at the time of his disappearance and would now be 44 years old.

Milwaukee police still have no leads in cases of missing men

James Cifaldi hasn't been seen since Sept. 13. Joseph Muelbl was last heard from Oct. 16. The families of the men are frustrated, desperate to learn what happened.

<<Muelbl called his mother and the mother of his son from a cell phone Oct. 16 but sounded disoriented, saying he was in the woods near a Menards in Germantown, said Christina Warren, with whom Muelbl has a 9-year-old son.

The vehicle Muelbl had been driving was found the next day in the parking lot of a Menards in Pewaukee, authorities said.

A 10-day hunt near the Pewaukee store in October - including a two-day search of a pond by a dive team and the use of dogs, all-terrain vehicles and a helicopter - failed to turn up any sign of Muelbl.>>
