The father has a divorce on record (2022) with the child's mother and there was a recent petition to change custody arrangements. Case Number 2024FA000398. The court issued an order to show cause involving custody of the missing child and placement of said child in late February. (details are in publically available records, however as the mother is not a POI, details will remain there.)
