Furthermore, the reporter explained that Kelly was last seen going into bf's (still reporting him as bf) apartment building.
The landfill they've been searching, for three days now, is where the trash from his building ends up. I wonder if there's any chance he enlisted an accomplice. They should check the video for any person leaving with a suitcase who didn't walk in with one. What if someone else helped him and took the suitcase far away.
Does anyone think LE scrutinized the video over the following days looking for other possibilities?

I read somewhere that children as young as two are depicted in sexual ways. Disgusting.

We also have a recycling program in our building and can bring large boxes to the same room as the garbage chute where a cargo elevator takes them away. Moving a large box out of his apartment to the chute/cargo elevator room might not have appeared out of place and if he did it during the wee hours of Friday morning there's a better chance he wouldn't attract attention. Once in the room, he could have removed the contents of the box and used the garbage chute. He may have also known the garbage pick up schedule and if it was Friday morning, then "bad changes" wouldn't have begun.

As for the cameras, I also live in a "luxury" apartment in downtown Chicago and our cameras only cover public/common areas, building entries/exits and building approaches. His garbage/cargo elevator room is probably up on his floor (18th) and the building may not have resident floor hallway cameras.

Somewhat uncanny details: seventeen charges of child ; seventeen billboards to help find Kelly.

While the landfill is being searched, I wonder if other avenues of investigation are being conducted.
No evidence regarding Kelly's social media involvements/contacts or phone records have been revealed since, I believe, her mother made a few comments in the beginning. Kelly has been missing for more than two weeks now. Wonder if anything became of the OKcupid contact that her mom mentioned was of concern. LE quickly put a lid on, as should be, revealing any details related to the investigation.

I wonder if LE puts all their eggs in one basket until they exhaust that angle before moving on to the next. Or do they investigate several angles simultaneously? If they're 100 percent sure Kelly didn't exit the building (is it possible to be 100 percent sure?), how could there be another angle?
Cases that are reviewed on TV make it seem as if LE investigates one angle at a time. Sometimes, years later, they discover the first one was correct. Obviously they need more than circumstantial evidence to avoid arresting the wrong guy even when the perp's identity seems obvious. Very frustrating but necessary when considering we know wrongful convictions have occurred. Enough rambling from me for now. :blushing:

Thinking back to when I've lived in apartment buildings, there were lots of times I walked down my hall, took the garbage out, walked to my car or to the lobby and never encountered another soul. Can't recall anything about cameras as I'm not sure I was even aware if we had them or not. In one place, I recall somewhat large lightbulbs angled this way and that along the upper walls of the hallways - they may have been part of a safety system. Maybe emergency lights. But I never lived in a luxury apartment in downtown Chicago - rats! You're a lucky duck, Uncanny!
When young, the girl I shared an apartment with and I used to dream about the possibility of living on LSD! Not the drug - lol!

Here's the latest on KZ - posted $25,000 bail and was waiting for a GPS monitoring device last night but none were available so his lawyer negotiated a change to $75,000 bail with no GPS device. He also had to surrender his passport. He hasn't posted the $75,000 bail and remains in custody with another bail hearing tomorrow morning. See here:

While detectives head back to the landfill, the man who police believe was the last person to see her is in court Wednesday.

Kris Zocco is answering to 17 counts of child . He was also recently arrested on numerous drug charges. Police say Zocco and Dwyer used cocaine together at his apartment the day she went missing. There is surveillance video of her going in to Zocco's building but none of her leaving.

The reason they are searching the landfill in Menomonee Falls is because that's where garbage from Zocco's building is taken.

The boyfriend of a missing Milwaukee woman has a bail hearing Wednesday on child charges, as authorities start their fifth day of searching for evidence in the woman's disappearance at a local landfill.

Kris Zocco, 38, is charged with 17 counts of possessing child , with each count carrying a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison. Zocco also has pleaded not guilty to several drug-related charges in a separate case.

The charges came after Milwaukee police interviewed Zocco and searched his apartment during the investigation into Kelly Dwyer's disappearance.

If all seventeen child charges stick, sentence could be for up to four hundred twenty-five years.

Twenty-three videos found on KZ's computer (in a file called Limewire, a peer-to-peer file sharing program), SHOWING adults HAVING SEX with children as young as two years old.
Omg, those poor helpless innocent babies. Truly, this calls for castration of the adults in those videos. There's no excuse for this behavior, not one.

Sorry, but I want people to take in how heinous the behavior/sexual preference is that we're talking about here.

If Kelly's life has been taken, she led LE to uncover one small inroad to these crimes against children.
Look how the perps of these crimes blend in working as VPs in tidy sophisticated structures. Spit.
I'm feeling stronger that she may have gotten wind of this activity herself somehow.
