Ugh! Now KZ's BACK in custody...and AGAIN, unrelated to KD. I just saw this:

Sources tell FOX6 News Zocco was taken into custody for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. The unrelated case is currently being reviewed in the District Attorneys’ Office.

I guess that probably explains why he was more concerned about hiding his computer from LE than his drug stash.

It still doesn't add up to him being responsible for Kelly's disappearance. But, jeez, dude's got some serious issues, if things are as they appear to be in his life.

And the $5K bail in the original arrest suggests police don't like him for the perp. Pretty easy to get a judge to go along with 10 or even 20x's that amount given the circumstances/quantity of weed. And yet they asked for what is likely bare minimum bail ($500 cash bond against $5K bail).

I'd guess the Milwaukee PD were dotting their i's and crossing their t's running forensics on his computer hard drive. Probably didn't go looking for what they found but were just making sure they weren't overlooking something on his computer that would point them to Kelly's whereabouts.

re: the landfill thing. That would be a horrible way out of KZ's building without being seen on CCTV, if that's what the police are following up on at the landfill.

The Milwaukee PD seem on top of this case and moving quickly compared to say the Bloomington, IN PD and Lauren S.

That the police found an ounce and a half of marijuana (that's a lot of smoke) in the guy's apartment suggests not only that he had nothing to do with her disappearnce but that when he found out she'd gone missing it caught him by surprise?

If Kelly had OD'd or otherwise met some sort of terrible fate and KZ were aware of it--he would've ditched the weed and anything else illegal--you would think?

My guess is that KZ and Kelly were partying together Thurs night and KZ had to send Kelly on her way Friday AM so he could chill out and maybe get some work done that day (working remote is no big deal for "office" workers these days, esp when they're higher ranking & it's a Friday) .

Kelly probably wasn't ready to call it quits Friday morning--especially since she didn't have to work again til Saturday.

Most likely she already had her next destination lined up when she left KZ's place. Her phone records for Thursday night/early Friday AM likely contain clues in that direction.

Wherever she was headed, it was likely to meet someone also looking to party.

Other possibilities: sounds like the bar and her apt and KZ's place are all within walking distance. It's likely she also knew other folks who lived around there who would be willing
to party with her on Friday day and she could walk there and knock without having to call first.

Possible that she left KZ's empty handed and desperate to re-up headed for a more questionable part of town to score on her own.

Also, the amtrak station isn't far from there and that's a way to get not only to Chicago in about 90 minutes but to Kenosha in about 25 minutes.

Re: cell phone use terminating at 10 AM. While a good signpost for the time something possibly happened to Kelly, it's probably just as likely that a person who was away from home all night had her cell phone battery completely drained.

Re: random person involvement. Kelly stumbling around on a Friday morning in a likely visibly altered state could've attracted the attention of a criminal of opportunity.

This is incredibly INCREDIBLY off the wall but, on the day she went missing - at around 2 hours in the time frame last seen - I was at Union station (chicago) waiting to board my train to the next city on my tour. There was a huge delay with people being rerouted because of an accident on the rails at the station nearest to her. People were having to take a train to Elgin and a shuttle bus to another station. This is random knowledge and I doubt it matters - it's just something that popped into my head when I read this.

The entire delay at Amtrak caused a huge upheaval and tons of upset customers at Union Station - which is why I remember it.

Im sorta loling at the 300$ for one 8ball of coke. This guy was obviously not your daily user or even weekend warrior. To spend twice the cost for one 8ball is something only your average idiot would do. I don't believe for a second he's a drug dealer. No drug dealer would
#1 spend that much on coke .. The most a person would spend on pure would be around 200$ and for stomped on .. 150$. 300 = he didn't know what he was doing.

#2: If he was a drug dealer, even if he didn't specialize in powder .. he would know someone who did. whether it was a customer or friend. So the fact that he spent that much means he had little to no connections. Wouldn't shock me if his weed was over priced too.

The amount of pot he was caught with isn't that much if he's a daily smoker that also gets his friends high. I'm guessing it was a known drug house because others did drugs there too. Also some states and counties have laws that a certain amount or weight = distribution (more so if extra baggies are left around or scales). It's all in how they want to charge you.

I don't think they were bf/gf but more or less hookup party buddies. I agree with the sentiment that the drugs ran out and she wasn't ready to sleep .. so she was texting/calling someone to go there and party with them.

I think the answer lays within the last person she spoke to.

Wow.
Anderson Cooper where are you? Okay, what about Nancy Grace or Jane Velez Mitchell?
Something isn't right in Milwaukee.

From early reports, I believe the last person Kelly spoke to (I'll have to find a link but believe her mom said "talked to". Text is a possibility and isn't concrete evidence imo.) was her mom at around 10:00 a.m. on Friday.

Who stomps on cocaine? lol! Really though, what does that term mean, cut? With what?

  • #148
lol sorry, yes "stomp" means cut. Cut actually is normal and stomp means more of the fillers and less of the drug. Corner drug dealers = stomp and your upscale drug dealer = cut.

The more you know ;)

I found another article through the link Fashionista supplied. The link above is an interview with Kelly's parents on the 21st. Kelly's mother states that the last time she spoke to Kelly was Wednesday when Kelly was walking home from work. They didn't talk long but Kelly told her mom she loves her.

I'm wondering if the communication reported earlier, that took place on Friday morning, involved a text message then. I'll look for a link.

And they're actually honest about doing it (cut or stomp) and charge accordingly? That's interesting.

Read again please, I wrote "if they still suspect him." if, if, if.
I believe I've posted fairly when you read all my posts, as I mention I'd like to know more about Kelly's contacts and whereabouts on Friday IF she indeed left bf's apartment in the morning.

Since they sent LE to search bf's apartment and he was the last one known to keep company with Kelly, I made the HUGE leap of assuming LE suspected the bf of something. The word suspect means, think may have something to do with.
You can suspect the dog ate all the cookies because you left them out on the coffee table when you took the garbage out.
Do you mean technically? No, I've not heard LE announce that bf is a suspect but I suspect they suspect (or did) him.

wth?

Yes, I left the word IF out. Accident. pure accident, but it didn't change my question, which was, when did the police suspect him? I don't know him by any means, but I thought the number one rule on here was not to identify someone as a suspect who has not been named one. I have never heard him identified as one, which is why I was asking. My assumption was they wanted to ask him questions, he came in answered them and has since been cleared. I could be way off on this, which is why I was asking.

No need to come at me, with "wth." I was asking simple questions. Please be kind.

Poor Kelly. She has such a sweet face. I wonder how she got mixed up with peeps like this.

Is it possible she saw child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer? It's difficult to imagine she'd be snooping around on his computer though.

Is it possible they had a sexual relationship for a time but on Thursday night she changed the game?

Is it possible he gave her $300 to buy the coke but part of it was payment to her for doing the favor (doesn't make much sense since she was getting cocaine in return for free). He couldn't be that dumb to allow her to pay so much more for the amount they purchased imo. There must be more to the story - maybe the oxy pills were included in the purchase.

As IHAVENOCLUE pointed out above, we don't know who claims to have seen Kelly last on Friday morning. No details given. If bf, then what to think?
If Kelly went on with her day on Friday and interacted with others or left evidence she had been at her apartment, that would be good for bf.

Have you read all the posts? There's not that many when compared to a lot of other cases.

This is only the second case I have ever looked at, so I don't know what is a lot or a little. I have skimmed and am confused because some say KZ is the boyfriend and some say he is not. Some say she had a call Friday, some say a text and some say she nothing

That's how I felt, sorry. Sometimes posts have a tone as if someone is on the attack even when they aren't.
I'm sure I've unwittingly done that too to other posters. You shot down my first observation about the company the guy works for and then shot me down on my following point too. That's your prerogative and I don't expect everyone to agree with me. The second point you made seemed wrong to me though because I only speculated about the last known person Kelly had spent time with. Therefore, wth? It felt like that to me. As in where are you coming from.

Now you've answered, rules. Yes, there's a rule regarding discussing suspects but I guess there are gray areas.
The media was reporting that the last known person to keep company with Kelly, a missing person, had been arrested. He was arrested on unrelated charges but LE visited him to begin with due to his relationship with Kelly.

Are you familiar with Kelli Bordeaux's case in NC? When she disappeared, the person who was with her last was arrested on unrelated charges as well as the bar owner where she had spent the evening. Because they were connected to the case and their arrests were reported in the media, we discussed them and never were told we could not.
To me, the circumstances of Kelly Dwyer's case seem similar to Kelli's, so it never occurred to me that discussing KZ would be off base.

no no no. If you do drugs and it's been stomped you'll know after you do them. The feeling won't be correct. For instance, if it's cocaine that's stomped you'll feel little to nothing. Everyone expects it "cut" and it's usually with baby laxatives. Depending on how you ingest your drugs you can tell that way too.

It's not like you can buy drugs and ask a ton of questions. No one in their right mind would answer them because that just stinks of DEA.

Anyway that's super off track.

Just sounds like she was in a party phase (or I hope it was a phase) and I do hope she's ok .. where ever she is.

I wonder if they've checked hospitals (psych wards and detox facilities). She could go to any major city, get lost in the shuffle of the ER and await a bed to dry out. She's an adult and it's not like the hospital needs to inform her parents. It does happen that people disappear to clean up when they think they are under the microscope from their addiction. I really hope if she's using that she's seeking help and not on some hellish binge out of humiliation

That's the information being reported through the media.
Unfortunately it seems to be the nature of the media these days to report the first thing they're told without providing sources.
On WS, since we take info mainly from what the media reports, it can get confusing as early reports often turn out to be inaccurate. That, combined with everyone's differing definition of what a boyfriend might be. To me, it means a steady companion with romantic overtones. To others, it may mean a boy who is a friend, someone a girl hangs out with who is a boy. lol!
The last call on Friday report was in the news. I'm on my way to find the link to bring it forward for review.

Did you see I posted a more recent link where Kelly's mom says she spoke to her daughter the last time on Wednesday? She may have discovered she had her days mixed up or something. The discrepancy is unclear to me.

Ugh! Now KZ's BACK in custody...and AGAIN, unrelated to KD. I just saw this:

MILWAUKEE (WITI) – The Milwaukee Police Department took 38-year-old Kris Zocco back into custody Thursdsay night, October 24th at his parent’s resident in Richfield on charges unrelated to the Kelly Dwyer investigation.
Sources tell FOX6 News Zocco was taken into custody for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. The unrelated case is currently being reviewed in the District Attorneys’ Office.
Zocco was initially taken into custody on unrelated drug charges Thursday, October 17th after police found drugs at his residence while he was being questioned in connection with the disappearance of Kelly Dwyer.
38-year-old Kris Zocco posted $5,000 bail and walked out of the Milwaukee County jail early on Monday, October 21st.
On Sunday, October 20th Zocco was charged with five crimes relating to cocaine and marijuana allegations. A criminal complaint says a police investigator discovered the drug crimes when she was interviewing Zocco about the disappearance of 27-year-old Kelly Dwyer.
Dwyer was last seen October 10th eating at an East Side restaurant. The complaint against Zocco says he and Dwyer came to his apartment on Prospect and Lafayette to snort cocaine, as they had done before.
“There’s no information and no allegations that he had anything to do with the disappearance,” said Michael Levine, Zocco’s attorney.
Levine says Zocco, a business executive at a Milwaukee relocation firm, is a stand-up guy. He is concerned with how Zocco is being portrayed now — and plans to fight the drug charges.
As for the disappearance of Kelly Dwyer, Levine said, “The allegations in the complaint are that Miss Dwyer was at my client’s apartment Thursday and her disappearance occurred on Friday. But I haven’t seen any evidence at this point. I’ve only reviewed the criminal complaint.”
FOX6 News mentioned Friday an unconfirmed report that Milwaukee police are focusing on a local landfill for their search. A spokesperson for Waste Management says they will not confirm nor deny that report.
All Milwaukee police will say is that Kelly Dwyer is still missing.

Two interesting points in above article:

Well....this "stand up guy" ( per his attorney) has child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer... May be reason it was "elsewhere" when LE came for a visit...

Unconfirmed reports LE is looking in landfills...

JMO...

This is jmo, so I definitely could be wrong, but IMO I'd say its not that the dealer is telling/admitting that he's "cut" the hell out of the coke he's selling(adding tons of useless fillers to the powder coke).. IMO I'd say the lower charge price is just what his buyers are willing to pay for his "watered down" cocaine(for lack of a better word, meaning diluted the purity of the cocaine with tons of fillers)..

So, it'd just be a price that buyers were essentially willing to give him for what the regular buyers have come to know is his not-so-potent-cocaine..

Hope that makes some sense..lol.as is usual while it may make perfect sense in my head, however many times I fail to be able to put those clear thoughts into words..

**ETA: I now see that astro kitty has already replied..one of these days I'll learn to completely finish reading ALL POSTS before posting replies;)

http://fox6now.com/2013/10/13/mother-says-27-year-old-milwaukee-woman-missing-since-friday/

This article reports Kelly's phone was last used at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
No additional details are given other than how unusual it is as she's always on her phone.

I could swear Kelly's mom said she had contact with her daughter on Friday morning. I'm only finding reports where the mother says the last time Kelly used her phone was on Friday morning but no additional details are revealed.
Based on that, unless I run across more info later, Kelly's mom never said she had contact with Kelly on Friday. They last spoke over the phone on Wednesday when Kelly got off from work and was walking home to her apartment.

Here it is - I knew I read this somewhere.
"Maureen Dwyer last heard from her daughter Friday morning, but then Kelly didn't show up for work Saturday."

Maybe early in the investigation, the reporter misinterpreted what the mother said. Details regarding the activity on Kelly's phone Friday morning have not been shared or confirmed.
