Milwaukee police said they have arrested a man who is suspected of throwing throwing battery acid at another man, causing second-degree burns.

The 61-year-old suspect is accused of aggravated battery.

It almost sounds as if this racist Blackwell creep was trolling the streets looking for a target for confrontation. I sure don't know of anyone who walks around with a flipping bottle of acid, nor of anyone who has supplies of acid in his home. wth?
