49-year-old Mark Rovick was last seen leaving his Appleton home at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say it is out of character for him to be out of contact with friends and family for an extended period of time.
Rovick is described as 5'11", 175 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes and both ears pierced.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, with a fish hook necklace, dark blue pants, glasses and flip-flops.
