The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Per NamUS:

The missing person, Michael Duke, was last seen on 5/15/2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m., in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He left unexpectedly in the middle of his work shift at Taco John's. He was on foot at the time and does not own a vehicle.

Wearing black khaki pants and a Taco Johns t-shirt and cap. Carrying a black High Sierra backpack. Black non skid Sketchers shoes.

This certainly looks like him - name and city are correct. How did he go from a long history as a IT data specialist to working in a fast food restaurant? Layoffs? Illness? That is simply one charge, which was filed after his disappearance. (5/18, he went missing 5/15). There are numerous other cases with charges such as Misappropriate ID Info - Obtain Money [Modifiers: Habitual Criminality].

So since he's misappropriated ID in the past, we can assume he might be living under another identity since skipping town. That was the bulk of what I was trying to say to help find him.

Looking at the court records in the link you provided, it looks like he has appeared in court, in person, a few times between October and December 2021.

Checking his court records, they found him On 05-24-2022 - he changed his address to Waukesha jail and has a hearing (many combined) in November. So he’s found And facing his consequences.
