WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis police are seeking help in finding a missing person named Nghi D. Nguyen, who they say has a mental disability and is unable to care for himself.

Police say Nguyen was last seen yesterday, Aug. 20, at 5:15 p.m. and is bipolar.

Police say Nguyen was last seen on foot, wearing an unknown shirt, blue jeans, sandals or flip flops. He was also wearing a backpack.

Police say Nguyen speaks little English and likes to go to parks and forests.
