Not a whole lot of information available, but sounds very out of character for him. This is about 45 minutes away from me. I hope he is safe, wherever he may be tonight.

Endangered Missing Adult Alert
Last seen on 8/3 at 11:30 PM in Madison.
Nicholas Reding has not returned to his home in the Village of Dane or to his employment in the City of Middleton since Aug 3. He left a business on the west side of Madison and hasn't been seen since.
He is believed to be operating his 2000 BMW convertible, red, WI Reg plates: 354YTW.
Cell phone is powered off. Has been entered into the Natl Crime Info Center. Alert sent statewide from the Dane County Sheriff's Office. Call 911 or 608-283-1506, Detective Steve Wegner.

Geez, there is absolutely NOTHING more in the news about Nicholas. I really hope he is ok.....maybe just needing a break. The link I posted below is from a Facebook group about missing people. Scroll down until you come across his flyer. There is only one but interesting comment from a woman who seems to know him.
