In California? I doubt it. If he was in a halfway house I have to wonder if he was mentally competent. I wish he were the only one but there’s like five of these “lost by the halfway house/nursing home/special care” places type cases in Wisconsin alone.

Would you believe they tested him against the Asian skeleton in Milwaukee and the Native American fellow who was just recently identified? I really wonder sometimes.

Towne & Country Lanes Inc · 264 S Pine St, Burlington, WI 53105 Got it, Towne & Country Lanes was around then, and still is. So if they went bowling, it was there, I was told. Just to the NW is a very busy looking highway with railings, but the Fox River after it. But if you go back in time to 2007 on Google, there were no railings and it was just a normal, not raised, road.
