She doesn’t qualify as critical missing under Milwaukee guidelines because she is over 12. She doesn’t fit the imminent harm or mentally incapacitated guidelines either. The media only gets info from the mkepd when it’s a critical missing.

It’s disgusting but this is how Milwaukee works.
