This could be the oshkosh withheld native remains UW-Oshkosh buried facts about mishandled Native American remains. Sunshine laws uncovered them • Wisconsin Examiner

It is. This is the anthropologist, and he's the owner of the case. UW-Oshkosh professor called in to help identify human remains found in Fox Crossing This isn't truly current, then - not the date found but the date when the school handed it over.

They seem to know who it is. Condition of remains will make identifying Little Lake Butte des Morts body difficult

In terms of missing Native American women I only know of Lisa Ninham. Not sure why they put white for this does race. I notice they do that sometimes with Hispanic as well.

I was thinking possibly Amber Wilde. She fits the age range and height. The only thing though is all the extra miles on her vehicle would have to be explained and the only way I can explain the extra miles is if the person who likely murdered her had driven to various parts of the state to dispose of her clothes and other belongings. They also said she had no head or hands, so she could have been decapitated and then her remains were scattered in different parts of the state as well to make up for those 900 extra miles on her vehicle.
