Milwaukee and Madison police are both asking for your help in finding a woman who has been missing for 10 years.

Patricia Arnold, who is from the Madison area, was declared missing in 1999. She has not had any contact with her family throughout the time.

Police say she has numerous scars on her hands and was last known to wear dentures.

People who have any information on Arnold should call Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.

Patricia Gail Arnold was last seen in Madison sometime during 1997; the exact date of her disappearance is unknown. She was reported missing by her daughter.

Patricia was a known drug user and prostitute. She was a regular in the Madison area. Family members reported that they heard that Patricia was in the company of an African American man who was known by his alias "Gypsy". He is described as having dreadlocks and a Jamaican accent.

Patricia is a white woman, 5’4”-5’5”, and 110-140 pounds. She has long, brown stringy hair and brown eyes. She has scars on her left hand, right hand, and left wrist. She also wears dentures.

Patricia’s family has not heard from her since 1999. Her family says that it is unusual for Patricia to go so long without contacting her family, that she typically contacted them every month or so.

Patricia was 44 years old when she went missing. She would be 69 years old today.
