MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Madison Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl.

Rashmilla C. Modaff, also known as Milla, was last seen on Monday, March 13 at around 2:30 p.m. at her residence in Madison but her present whereabouts are unknown.

Milla is Asian/Indian, 5'04" tall and weighs 105 lbs. She has brown eyes, long black hair and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, jeans and a green backpack. She left home in a vehicle with a phone, but the vehicle information is unknown.

Police say that there is concern for her safety and her well-being.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Madison Police Department at (608) 255-2345.

Rashmilla Modaff is believed to be a victim of human trafficking.

She was last seen Monday getting into an SUV.. the driver.. a white male in his 50’s.

Modaff is Asian/Indian, 5-4, 105 pounds. She has a history of mental illness and has been found in the past.. in a hotel room in Chicago. Police believe she may be in the Chicago area again.

This was after the missing date. Maybe that’s why she’s not in NamUs, she was found?

I'd have to agree with you. She was found, and arrested July 15, 2023 in Dane County, WI, after the missing date of March 13, 2023. So, I'd say she's no longer missing. One thing that is missing is that CCAP shows no record of the July 15, 2023 arrest.
