I am glad the LE is searching so many places, but the river is approx 3 miles from the home..

Unless there are tributaries leading to the river and are close to home... Wouldn't that be far for a 3 y.o.?

I am concerned due to many recent cases...

Has the home been searched thoroughly yet?

and saw that it was indeed quiet.

LE spokesperson on CNN just stated the home is located on an island....the only home there, that it is surrounded on all sides by water of some kind.

Has anyone made up a map yet to show where the house and the river is?
How big is the island the house is on?
When does it get dark up there?

I saw somewhere 40 acres. It was on one of the articles linked previously.

If you look on page 1 Post 4 there is a link to an article in Star Tribule - Local

that has a map inbedded.

I see a bank, Church of Nazarene, Town Hall... so it looks like the family lives in a community, not in isolated homes (townhomes?)

But I don't see it as an island, either...

Maybe I am not looking at it correctly

The sun sets just before 8:30.
