63 year old man missing from Hurley area

***Missing Person***
Rich Tilton, age 63, of Hurley, Wisconsin, has been missing since approximately 8:00PM Saturday, June 30, 2018. Rich was last seen driving in the Hurley area near Rangeview Drive with his German Shepherd dog.

Rich is driving a 2002 white Toyota Forerunner, bearing Wisconsin plate 795-YXW. The vehicle and the German Shepherd have also not been located. If you have any information or see this vehicle, please contact the Iron County Sheriff’s Department at 715-561-3800.

Rich Tilton, 63, of Hurley, Wisconsin, who has been missing since about 8 p.m. Saturday, June 30, was found alive at approximately 10:12 a.m. Tuesday, July 3. His overall condition was not immediately made available.

WJFW - Missing Iron County man found safe in thick woods three days after disappearing

Search and rescue teams found the truck and dog Monday, but couldn't locate Tilton in the thick woods and swampy area until Tuesday morning. The sheriff's department told Newswatch 12 Tilton "became lost", but did not go into further detail as to how.

The Iron County Sheriff's Department tells us medics checked Titlon over and made sure he was in good health.
