Monroe County authorities are investigating a body found inside a burning car Tuesday morning.

Firefighters responded at about 8 a.m. to a 911 call of a car fire along County Hwy T in the town of Ridgeville, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.

...The death is being investigated as suspicious and could be the result of suicide or homicide.
